SlitherScope is made by Ruthless Ideas LLC, a Michigan company. It is free and for curiosity only.

Every snake ID, rattle reading, range and trail detail is a guess and can be wrong. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Never touch, move, or approach a snake because of what this app says. Treat every snake as venomous. If someone is bitten, call 911 or go to the ER.

You use this app and visit any trail at your own risk. The app is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind.

Trail data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Snake photos are from iNaturalist (CC0 / CC BY, credited in the app).
